Shipping policy

We accept payment in advance via bank transfer or PayPal.
Once payment is received, we will ship the goods as soon as possible.

For orders and subsequent delivery from our inventory, this usually takes place within 2-3 days.
For orders and subsequent delivery of items that are made upon request, it may take up to 12 weeks.

We charge a flat fee of 4,99 EUR for orders within Germany.
We charge a flat fee of 11,99 EUR for orders from other European countries.
We charge a flat fee of 19,99 EUR for orders from countries outside of Europe.
Shipping is done via insured DHL with a tracking number. For shipping to other European countries and countries outside of Europe, we also use other service providers such as TNT to the Netherlands, Belgian Post to Belgium, or Hermes, etc.
